Hotel guide to Berlin, Germany

For students of art and design, there are many cities in Europe that offer a wide range of architecturally important buildings, but Berlin, in Germany, is one of the most interesting and valuable as a learning experience. The capital of Germany (and its largest city), with just over 3.45 million inhabitants, Berlin makes extensive use of green space and boasts many important and iconic buildings and structures.

For family holidays, you couldn't make a better choice than Berlin. While Berlin is perfect for kids, spending some time without the little ones will allow you to see the sights in a different way. For this there are several reliable services, fully vetted and referenced, to take the children off your hands for a few hours. There are lots of apartments geared especially for families with children of all ages. There are also lots of activities and attractions to check out that will make your trip complete. So, make your family holiday this year one to remember with a trip to Berlin.

My favourite place in Berlin is Inner City Beach, or locally known as the Strandbar. The people are so friendly and it is very relaxing, to sit back in a deck chair and enjoy what Berlin has to offer for free. If you are planning a trip to Berlin definitely make some time to take a break at the Strandbar! If you feel like spending a bit of money, the bar is relatively cheap and is good to sit down and have a drink with friends, locals and other travellers alike!

There is a difference between a weekend in Berlin with the same in any other city of the world. This is a city that offers a rare combination of the age old moving in coordination with the modern. You will be ensured of a weekend of new experiences and a wonderful trip to remember.
